1. Subject Lines: Please keep the subject lines consistent with the body of the message. If you change or include other topics, reflect it in the subject line.
2. Consider the necessity of the message. If the message is older than a couple of days or even weeks, than someone may have replied with the necessary information. Please check through the messages on the topic and try to determine if the question has already been answered.
3a. Forwards Part 1: IN general, Please do not forward messages to the list. If you feel that the messages should be posted to the list, Please forward them to the moderator rather than forwarding messages directly to the list. If the moderator feels the message should be sent to the List, he/She will do so. Certain list members may have permission to forward messages to the list. If you feel that you want to be a member who forwards messages to the list, please contact the list moderator at: arkenstone-users-owner@yahoogroups.com
3b. Forwards Part 2: If you want to ask a question for a friend who is not on the list, You can forward there message, but please clean up the message as best as possible. If you need help, please write to the moderator at: arkenstone-users-owner@yahoogroups.com Remember that the list is open to anyone, and your friend is welcome to join.
4. Be Respectful: Remember, we all are on the list for a reason, we want to discuss problems with other users. Attacking of individuals or companies is not respectful, nor productive. Treat others with respect. Disrespect is not tolerated.
5. Sales questions: this list is for user support of the Arkenstone products, not sale of them, nor any other product. Please do not give sales responses of sales questions on the list. Some reason is that dealers and manufacturers differ in prices, and you may not be giving the person information that is relevant in there area. If you feel you know the information, please answer off list.
6. List Topic: This list is open to anyone wanting to discuss any Arkenstone product; it is not for discussion of screen readers or any other topic except where it is directly related to an Arkenstone product.
7. Advertisements and Spam: This list has a 0 tolerance for advertisements and Spam. Absolutely no advertisements or Spam should be posted to the list. Anyone who posts or responds to an advertisement or Spam message to the list will be immediately restricted.
8. Ending topics: If a discussion surfaces that is not on topic, or another discussion goes off topic or becomes negative, the moderator has the right to request that it be ended. If the discussion continues, then the moderator reserves the right to limit subsequent posters on the restricted topics ability to send messages.

10. Subscription Information: when sending messages for list subscription, it is only necessary that you put the email address in the to: field. You must send from the account that you wish to modify. Further more, you can change your subscription and more on the yahoo groups web site.
